| Lightware Won EU’s H2020 Grant
We would like to share the good news that Lightware has won a grant in the H2020 Phase 2 Research and Development grant program of the European Union to develop a ’High Bandwidth Long Distance Uncompressed Audio-Video Signal Transmission System’, which development work is currently running under the working name ’UBEX’.
|LDC Error Logs Finally Make Sense for Humans|
At Lightware we have always aimed to ensure that our products receive the best possible support for an extended time. In case of a support request our support team usually asks for a log file generated by the LDC application, but its content is full of code, which is not understood by most. Our support people now introduced a new ’translator’ feature in the latest addition of LDC, which ’translates’ the code script into messages which are now much easier to understand to users and support people alike. When Mercedes-Benz opened a new retail and dining concept on Queen’s Road in the heart of Hong Kong’s bustling Central district, passers-by appeared mystified as to what it could be. Created in partnership with Hong Kong restaurant group Maximal Concepts, Mercedes Me, ‘is about creating the ultimate personalised experience, developed organically around you and the products that you love,’ the German car manufacturer explained. Visitors can absorb the latest news and events from the Mercedes-Benz world, in addition to fashion shows and Formula 1 live broadcasts.
|Complex conferencing at the Hungarian Parliament|
The Hungarian Parliament Building is the largest building in Hungary and is the world's third-largest parliament building. At the end of 2014, the Parliament announced a tender for the development of a conference and AV system for a larger conference room. Complex system design was required to give the Hungarian Parliament a congress system that perfectly matched its requirements.
